This project is a web application that facilitates the shipping process from a shipper’s office to customers. Built using ASP.NET Core 2.2 with C# on the backend and Angular 8 on the frontend, it enables the creation of consignments, notifies drivers of available trips, provides optimized routes, tracks driver locations, and sends event updates to customers via SMS and email. Users include customer service staff who manage consignments and drivers who accept and complete trips, ensuring timely delivery while collecting customer feedback.
