This application is to keep track of all documents been printed by their employees and reconcile them when get printed document returned, this help them to achieve Pharma compliances.
Controlled Issuance & Reconciliation of Forms (CIRF) consists of a Windows desktop application which contains the printing functionalities and connects to a web-based application, over RESTful API, which contains the reconciliation, audit trail, reporting and other functionalities. CIRF applies some security and unique identification on documents that are gonna print. These documents can be scanned via barcode reader and information can be retrieved like who, when and where the document was printed.
A centralised process to track, control & reconcile prints for highly sensitive documents. It is used to print GXP related pharmaceutical & research documents.
